We are looking for a Social Events Executive (m/w/d) to join the Munich Marriott City West.

Who We Are Looking For

Someone who can create unforgettable social events, from corporate celebrations to weddings, with attention to detail, a charming personality, and excellent communication skills in German and English. A valid work permit for Germany is required.

Responsibilities

1. Represent the hotel at wedding fairs and events, and be a contact person.
2. Build contacts with registry offices, wedding agencies, suppliers, and local companies to promote the hotel and events.
3. Create market analyses, draw up contracts, conduct house tours, and hold sales talks.
4. Plan and organize weddings and social events, managing details from start to finish.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, event management, or hotel industry.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Professional demeanor, charm, and communication skills in German and English.
• Valid work permit for Germany.
