We are looking for a motivated and proactive Security Management System (SMS) administrator for the BA Customers & Solutions Security & Resilience team!

The SMS administrator is responsible for managing libraries, planning meetings, handling registrations of incidents and findings, and managing the timely compilation of periodic security reports. This role supports the Security & Resilience team with administrative tasks to manage the Security Management System (SMS). The administrator ensures accurate recordkeeping and facilitates communication within the security organization.

  1. Manage the security & resilience document libraries and SharePoint sites.
  2. Maintain the security & resilience planning on BA level and follow up on open actions and tasks assigned to the team.
  3. Maintain access rights to resources and supporting systems.
  4. Manage collection of input data and coordinate the timely compilation of periodic security reports.
  5. Coordinate formal security meetings on BA level and manage minutes for some of these meetings.
  6. Support organization of formal security & resilience audits (coordinate planning, bookings, resources, etc.) and trainings.
  7. Support and coordinate security communication and awareness activities.
  8. Record keeping (e.g., proper registration of nonconformities, incidents, findings, etc.).

Qualifications:

To succeed as an SMS administrator, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
  • Experience as a coordinator working independently or in a team.
  • Digital skills and preferably experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Planner, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Planning and writing skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
  • Knowledge or experience in the area of security is an advantage.

You are reliable and organized. You like to structure, coordinate, and organize. Teamwork comes naturally to you. You take initiative and responsibility, work methodically, and support the team in reaching their goals. You are proactive in reminding people of tasks while remaining positive and constructive. You do not need prior knowledge of Security but should be eager to learn about Security & Resilience.
