edrone is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Slovenian-speaking customers on a healthcare project focused on diabetes devices. You will answer product questions, resolve issues, and maintain a professional, empathetic approach.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a healthcare-related project focused on medical devices that support patients with diabetes. This role is connected to customer service for products such as blood glucose meters

.As a Customer Service Specialist with Slovenian and English, you will be responsible for supporting customers, answering product-related questions, and helping users resolve issues in a professional and empathetic way.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing customer service in Slovenian

Assisting customers with questions and issues related to medical devices, mainly blood glucose meters

Supporting users in a clear, professional, and patient-focused manner

Working towards customer satisfaction goals set by the team leaders and managers

Using internal tools and systems to handle customer cases accurately

Requirements:
