As the Junior Project Retrofit Manager, you will be part of the Project Management team, reporting to the Project Director. Your role will involve leading a cross-functional team to ensure the timely, quality, and cost-effective implementation of changes and retrofits, playing a key role in achieving project milestones.

Responsibilities include:

• Full responsibility for implementing changes/retrofits on schedule and within quality standards
• Coordinating a cross-functional retrofit team to ensure on-time execution
• Collaborating with production and PrOM/COO to respect or adjust retrofit planning
• Coordinating with PrQSM/Supplier Quality for execution by joint ventures, units, and suppliers
• Reporting on change execution at CCB-I
• Creating Retrofit BOM & Work Instructions
• Ensuring availability of industrial means and access for retrofit execution
• Verifying manufacturing competencies for change implementation
• Reflecting application rank in ERP BOM as decided in CCB
• Managing material coverage for each change, prioritizing procurement and material planning for critical parts
• Escalating conflicts over part attribution between serial and retrofit activities
• Managing impacts on critical characteristics, controls, and updates to the control plan
• Supporting material disposition decisions and follow-up

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in Project Operations, Quality, or Configuration and Change Management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration/Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP/GSI
• Interest and ability to learn new tools
• Fluent German highly preferred
