We are looking for a highly motivated Site Reliability Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team in developing and maintaining next-generation cross-platform video conferencing software.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting our operations team in implementing SRE best practices
• Defining and measuring service level objectives (SLOs)
• Conducting post-incident reviews for continuous improvement
• Developing and maintaining automation tools for operational efficiency
• Ensuring data security and regulatory compliance
• Leading capacity planning to meet growing demands
• Building and maintaining documentation for transparency
• Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with development teams
• Mentoring team members and sharing knowledge

Qualifications:

• Experience as an SRE or in operations-adjacent roles
• Proficiency in Java or Python, or scripting languages, with experience in infrastructure as code utilities
• Expertise in configuring and optimizing Linux/Unix systems
• Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting systems
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Completed studies or several years of professional experience
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
