Qualifikationen

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in SRE, DevOps oder Softwareentwicklung.

Responsibilities
  • Work in the Backend Team which is directly behind our core products.
  • Be responsible for maintaining our highly available, scalable and global infrastructure and ensure that our customer-facing services are always up and running.
  • Continuously look to improve our environments and help us transition to a Cloud Native based infrastructure.
  • Develop effective alerts to identify and address reliability risks of our services.
  • Take part in the on-call rotation, responding to alerts and handling urgent operations requests (separate compensation).
Requirements
  • A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related subject, or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the field of SRE, DevOps or software development.
  • Love for automation and background in working with Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD and other automation tools like ArgoCD, Helm, Flux, Chef, Puppet, Saltstack or Ansible. ArgoCD, Helm and Saltstack are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience with Azure, AWS or GCP is expected paired with a good understanding of Cloud Native concepts.
  • Familiarity with one or more programming languages; C++ is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL Databases; MS SQL, Cassandra or Scylla are a plus.
  • Experience in any of the following fields would be desirable: microservice applications, distributed and scalable systems, test automation, network communications, security.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt new perspectives.
  • Excitement about the possibility to become part of an international and diverse team.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
