The country Site Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the purchasing strategy for both Direct and Indirect spend, ensuring optimal supplier performance and price management.
The successful candidate will also ensure all procurement compliance and governance are met, oversee Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business, and manage supplier contracts.

- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, manage contracts, and drive continuous improvement in delivery of goods and services.

- Practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to enhance business performance and develop the supply chain.
- Ensure purchasing strategies meet objectives in price, quality, delivery, and development targets, including terms and conditions, supplier evaluation, and supply chain solutions.
- Evaluate business challenges, mitigate risks, and develop opportunities within the country and group.
- Contribute to business strategy and budgeting processes.
- Own purchasing policies, guidelines, and related documents.
- Initiate innovative procurement processes such as eProcurement.
