Tasks

1. Provide technical leadership to the policy teams.
2. Management of Policy Requirements. Ensure that training or policy teams are sufficient to communicate regular and short notice requested changes in work specifications to staff. Deficiencies must be identified and addressed immediately to have sufficient capacity available.
3. Ensure continuous improvement and updating of policy documentation in collaboration with the client.
4. Ensure effective delivery of information to colleagues and prior verification of adjustments.
5. Adherence to defined release processes is essential.
6. Participate in necessary policy events (internal & external) within the client program.
7. Collaborate with the client to ensure that decisions, policies and procedural instructions of the client are adhered to.
8. Conduct regular audits to verify process compliance and communicate results to all relevant departments.
9. Conduct training for new or modified procedural instructions and processes.
10. Active performance of result audits with the client, with the objective of adhering to the quality of decisions (basis for decisions in process evaluation).
11. Revision of decision processes with allegedly non-conform results. Backgrounds that have led to these wrong decisions are analyzed.

Profile

1. 2+ years of experience in a training or policy management leadership role, preferably in an international organization.
2. Fluency in English - C1 level.
3. Good knowledge of quality process improvement techniques.
4. Strong self-motivation and enthusiasm. Show initiative and work into the unknown without being asked to do so.
5. Excellent communication and consulting skills.
6. Be able to influence/guide people through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Successful experience working with cross-functional groups to deliver results.
8. Passion for ensuring world-class results & experiences for the end user.
9. Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, preferably across multiple teams or offices.
10. Experience in a multicultural working environment and working with diverse teams.
11. Demonstrated ability to ensure personal expertise on company policies and social community standards is maintained and developed.
