Qualifikationen

• 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Lackbereich oder Chemie in der Automobilindustrie.

Your Mission:

1. Leads the paint development achieving expected quality level (vs OEM’s specs) at committed cost (paint consumption, paint scrap, # parts per mast…)
2. Coordinates a team of engineers and robot programmers for the paint line
3. Ensures that paint process (product/process) is stable in terms of quality
4. Follow-up the development and ensure the conformity of specific painting means (jigs, masking station…)
5. Respects and follows safety rules
6. Manages / takes part to productivity projects
7. Validates proposed solutions (specification & process hardiness) & Capitalize validated action

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor with experience or Master degree
2. 5 years experience in paint field or chemistry or process in automotive industry
3. Have already participated in project organization
