Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and control of project activity from its inception to completion, both performed by subcontractors or direct hiring. Ensures full compliance with HSE requirements and quality control policies and standards.
- Ensures, with the support of all project team members, that the project is concluded successfully and meets client requirements regarding functionality and standards. Responsible for dealing with project delays and emergencies that may arise. Supports Head of Operation in defining, monitoring, and updating project execution plans.

- 8 years of experience in the role of Site Manager
- Advanced knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, design, and overall engineering and company standards required.
- Must be a key team member and team player, with leadership, motivation, and technical skills.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing ability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, efficient team management skills, adaptability, and stress tolerance.

Education Requirements:- Ideally, 8 years or more of experience in the role of Construction Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering-related discipline.
Certifications:- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
Work Conditions:- Home office and site attendance.
Other Specific Requirements:- Familiarity with company tools, procedures, and processes (Construction Management Systems, Document Management System, Project Control Standards, etc.).
- Computer knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Navisworks.
- Familiar with standard code.
