Denys is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to oversee the operational construction process on energy infrastructure projects in Germany. You will ensure quality, deadlines and costs are met, and act as the interface between project management and construction sites to coordinate site activities with management.

You will also supervise subcontractors and suppliers, drive process optimization, and leverage your knowledge of VOB/BGB, claim management and construction cost control to maximize

• Professional qualifications: A degree in civil engineering.
• Several years of experience as a construction manager or senior site manager.
• Leadership skills and assertiveness: you can motivate teams and manage construction sites efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and billing: knowledge of VOB/BGB, claim management and construction cost control.
• Willing to relocate to Germany and be flexible to go on-site.
