Your Responsibilities

You are eager to move to Germany and work on our large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects at different locations throughout the country, where you will take on responsibilities directly on-site as part of our international project teams.

  • On-Site Construction Management: Coordinate and supervise all construction activities within your assigned section of the large-scale construction site, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards and budgets.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead construction and installation teams and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal specialists to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labour, environmental, health and safety regulations, including DIN standards, and consistently monitor their implementation.
  • Material and Equipment Management: Plan material requirements, coordinate deliveries and monitor the cost-effective deployment of machinery, equipment and personnel.
  • Cost Calculation and Billing: Support the recording of completed work, the review of variations and the billing of construction services.
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain continuous coordination with clients, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure smooth construction operations.
Your Qualifications
  • Professional Qualification: A degree in civil engineering, a qualification as a state-certified construction technician, or advanced vocational training as a construction foreman or master craftsman in civil engineering.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience managing infrastructure or civil engineering construction projects.
  • Leadership Skills and Assertiveness: Proven experience leading teams and efficiently managing complex construction sites.
  • Organisational and Commercial Mindset: Strong planning and organisational skills, cost awareness and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of construction processes and regulations, as well as confidence using digital tools such as MS Office, construction billing software and site management applications.
  • Communication Skills: You communicate confidently in Spanish and English (at least B2 level) and coordinate clearly and effectively with clients, authorities and internal teams.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: Willingness to regularly work at and oversee project sites, as well as possession of a valid driving licence.
Why Denys?
  • Company Vehicle & Accommodation: For your assignment in Germany, we will provide you with a company car and accommodation near the respective project site.
  • Challenging Large-Scale Projects: You will work on major national and international projects in the energy and infrastructure sector.
  • Long-Term Prospects: Our projects are secured for many years to come, offering you a stable and secure position.
  • International Environment: You will collaborate with our German project teams and specialists from our Belgian parent company.
  • Meaningful Projects: You will contribute to infrastructure projects that sustainably support the expansion of Germany's energy supply.
  • Short Decision-Making Processes: As a family-owned company, we favour pragmatic solutions over lengthy coordination processes.
  • Language Development: Our German and English courses give you the opportunity to improve your language skills in a targeted way.
