Job summary

Blocher Partners in Mannheim sucht eine/n Construction Onsite Manager (m/w/d) mit verantwortlicher Tätigkeit vor Ort für anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte. Sie koordinieren Termine, Kosten und Qualität, bereiten Leistungsverzeichnisse vor, vergeben Bauleistungen und stimmen sich eng mit Auftraggebern bzw.

Vertretern ab. Sie bringen 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte, Führungsqualitäten, Teamfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft mit.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossen Ausbildung als Architekt, Bauingenieur, Bau­techniker oder gleichwertig.
• 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Bauprojekte.
• Geschäftsorientiertes Denken sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Führungskompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen.
• Teamfähigkeit, Verhandlungen und Organisationskompetenz.
• Flexibilität, Engagement und Reisebereitschaft.
• Gute Anwenderkenntnisse MS Office.
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in ITWO (Berechnungs- und Abrechnungsprogramm).

Responsibilities

• Eigenverantwortliche Qualität, Termine und Kosten von Bauprojekten vor Ort steuern.
• Ausschrifts- und Leistungsverzeichnisse vorbereiten; Bauleistungen vergeben.
• Kostenkontrolle und Abrechnung von Bauvorhaben.
• Laufende Abstimmung mit Kunden und Vertretern.
