The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in architecture, with a strong emphasis on project management, design excellence, and sustainability. Responsibilities

• Management and coordination of challenging construction projects across all service phases
• Accompanying the design and execution process up to the final project handover
• Supervising and managing all project participants (internal and external)
• Handling economic project management (personnel planning, budget planning, costs, and fee calculation)
• Responsibility for employee management and development
