Our client, a leading player in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a Site End-to-End Supply Chain Director to lead and transform operations at their flagship production site in Kassel.

The Role

As the Site E2E Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for the full supply chain lifecycle - from material planning and logistics to operational execution - across a large-scale, highly complex production site. You will lead a team of over 100 professionals, driving performance, resilience, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, made-to-order environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a large, diverse team across planning, logistics, and operational functions.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
