Join our team at our Berlin site as:

Site Controller (f/m/d)

This key role serves as the commercial finance expert on site, partnering with the Site Management team to enhance performance and achieve site targets. Reporting to and coordinating with Group Finance, you will handle financial analysis, planning, and reporting for the site. You will also establish and maintain efficient processes and controls to ensure accurate data provision and prepare insightful commercial analyses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product costing, portfolio profitability analysis, and production controlling
2. Commercial and investment analysis, along with other ad-hoc projects
3. Supporting operational improvement activities and initiatives
4. Financial planning over short, medium, and long-term horizons
5. Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for the site
6. Overseeing and optimizing site liquidity

Position Requirements

Must have:

• Experience in controlling within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with SAP FI/CO
• A commercial mindset

Must be:

• A team player focused on team success
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
• An analytical and precise individual
• Available to work regularly on-site in Berlin
