The opportunity

We are seeking a Site Construction Manager to join our team in Germany. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working on impactful projects that shape the future of telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Supervision and Scheduling : Supervise a civil works project and schedule activities.
• Supply and Warehouse Management : Manage supplies and warehouse stock, such as materials, machines, and equipment.
• Site Investigation and Data Analysis : Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, drawings).
• Risk and Cost Assessment : Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
• Crew Logistics and Setup : Organize the set-up and transportation of the crew.
• Quality and Timeliness Assurance : Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels.
• Regulatory and Safety Compliance : Comply with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety guidelines.
• Technical Documentation Management : Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

What We’re Looking For :

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field
• On-Site Project Experience : 2+ years of experience in a site project
• Language Proficiency : Excellent command of the English language
• Resilience in High-Pressure Environments : Ability to work under demanding conditions
