Siemens TIA Portal Software Commissioning Engineers – Southern Germany / Munich – 3 month rolling contract – 55-58/hr

Samuel Frank is now recruiting for a Siemens TIA Portal Commissioning Engineer to work on site in Southern Germany.

Key aspects of the Siemens TIA Portal Software Commissioning Engineer role include:

  • Up to date/recent experience of commissioning Siemens TIA Portal is required – SCL and Ladder experience.
  • The client is looking for Commissioning Engineers who have a track record of seeing jobs through to completion (not someone who moves every 2-3 months).
  • Used to the pressures and long hours of working on manufacturing sites.
  • The project is commissioning a section of a battery assembly line for a large automotive manufacturer via a specialist machine builder.
  • Previous experience of working in the automotive sector is preferable, but not essential.
  • Whilst the rate is an all-inclusive figure, there’ll be plenty of opportunity for working more hours than a standard working week. You’re likely to be working in the region of 50-56 hours per week.
  • The project could accommodate the successful Commissioning Engineer working 4 weeks on 1 week off.

Due to the ongoing nature of this role, it will suit an EU national rather than a British passport holder who would only be able to work 90 day blocks before having to return to the UK.
