SiC Process Architect (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Contribute as process designer/architect in product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers.
• Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products like diodes, MOSFET based on SiC.
• Drive complex situations to team solutions.
• Lead projects that execute process development tasks.
• Build up know-how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes.
• Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience.
• Investigate competitor processes and technologies.

What you will need

• Minimum Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics.
• Minimum 5 years relatable work experience depending on educational credentials.
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on SiC.
• Hands-on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment.
• Able to solve complex tasks with high accuracy.
• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
