Job summary

SHP Steriltechnik AG is seeking a field-based service technician to install, commission and train customers on sterilisation equipment in Berlin and surrounding areas. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and on-site testing, acting as the primary customer contact and ensuring compliance with BetrSichV and DGUV V3 standards.

You will also carry out IQ/OQ/PQ validations, prepare reports and documentation, and tailor solutions to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or similar.
• Experience in a field-based role is ideal.
• Class B or 3 driving licence is required.
• Good general IT skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and train on equipment at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance and repairs.
• Serve as the main contact for customers for problems or queries.
• Inspect sterilisation equipment according to BetrSichV.
• Carry out IQ/OQ/PQ validations/qualifications/calibrations.
• Prepare documentation (protocols, reports, etc.).
• Conduct electrical tests (DGUV V3).
• Adapt equipment to customer requirements.

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a

for our sterilisation equipment in Berlin and the surrounding area.

• Installation, commissioning and training on the use of the equipment at the customer’s premises
• Carrying out maintenance work and repairs
• Acting as the point of contact for customers in the event of problems or queries
• Inspection of sterilisation equipment in accordance with BetrSichV
• Carrying out validations/qualifications/calibrations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Preparation of documentation (protocols, reports, etc.)
• You will be the direct point of contact for the customer
• Carrying out electrical tests in accordance with DGUV V3
• Optimising or adapting the equipment to specific customer requirements

Your profile:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician or similar.
• Ideally, you already have experience in a field-based role.
• You hold a Class B or 3 driving licence.
• You have good general IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
• You are willing to travel
