We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to support our Business Unit Consumer Goods Region Central in Mannheim. You will be responsible for developing shopper strategies, managing campaigns and activations, and serving as a key interface between Marketing and Sales for brands such as Tempo, Zewa, TENA, or Demak’Up across D-A-CH countries.

Your Role
  • Translate brand strategy into shopper strategy and develop activation plans based on insights, including budget and KPI setting.
  • Develop promotion and POS guidelines and ensure excellent execution.
  • Create national and customer-specific shopper marketing campaigns, including POS concepts and in-store activation.
  • Analyze activities using Nielsen, GFK, and internal data to derive future strategies.
  • Develop B2B communication materials and organize trade events.
  • Participate actively in multifunctional teams and contribute shopper marketing insights to business planning.
  • Build collaborative relationships with customers and sales teams, providing added value.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Shopper Marketing or similar roles.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop solution-oriented, data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
