Jobtailor in Hamburg is seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to build and maintain complex Shopify solutions, including custom and public apps, and to integrate APIs with GraphQL and Liquid. You will design architectures from the customer’s perspective and serve as Technical Project Owner in client projects.

You will collaborate with the CTO as a sparring partner, actively use AI coding tools like Cursor, and contribute to raising our technical standards and processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional Shopify development
• Experience developing custom and/or public Shopify apps
• Knowledge of Shopify custom & public apps (Node.js / React)
• REST and GraphQL APIs as well as complex system integrations
• Shopify Liquid and frontend development
• Technical architecture mindset — you see the whole system, not just the code
• Proficient with AI coding tools, e.g. Cursor
• Independent and solution-oriented — you bring answers, not just problems
• Able to dive deep into unfamiliar topics and devise your own solutions
