Role: Shopify & Digital Commerce Administrator (HOPE ROZA)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Philippine Office Times
Salary Range:$600 + commission per month
This role sits between e-commerce operations, technical execution, and performance marketing at HOPE ROZA. It does not replace a senior media strategist or lead developer. Your job is to leverage modern AI tools to ensure the store, feeds, events, assets, links, budgets, themes, and reports are correctly configured and optimized so strategy can execute without operational failure.
We are looking for an operations and technical specialist with hands‑on AI configuration experience. You must actively use terminal/AI coding tools—such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar developer LLMs—to interface with Shopify code, Liquid, schemas, feeds, scripts, and APIs. This technical AI requirement is designed to dramatically increase your productivity, execution speed, and overall output.
Hands‑on AI Tooling Expertise: Demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants and agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT Advanced Voice/Code, or GitHub Copilot) to write, debug, and configure Shopify Liquid, JSON templates, metafields, CSS/HTML, schema edits, data pipelines, and automation scripts.
Shopify Administration: 2+ years administering Shopify (preferably for fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands).
Technical Diagnostics: Enough HTML, CSS, Liquid, and API knowledge to diagnose theme bugs, link issues, and layout errors using AI tools.
AI‑Enhanced Workflow: Utilize Claude Code/Codex to rapidly build, debug, and adjust Liquid code, store templates, custom metafields, automated redirects, and script configurations.
Store Management: Manage products, variants, collections, metafields, inventory rules, navigation, pages, redirects, discounts, gift cards, public/private apps, staff permissions, and launch scheduling.
Product Data Quality: Maintain data integrity across titles, descriptions, prices, compare‑at prices, SKUs, barcodes, sizes, colors, materials, images, videos, SEO fields, shipping rates, and market availability.
Shopify Markets: Configure approved countries, currencies, domains, languages, catalogs, localized pricing, availability, and content variations.
Store Operations: Handle order, return, refund, fraud‑review, fulfillment, and customer‑service exceptions requiring administrative intervention.
Meta Operations: Catalog health, product sets, Commerce Manager, Facebook/Instagram channel status, Pixel and Conversions API event checks, landing links, UTM enforcement, and campaign build support in Ads Manager.
Google Operations: Merchant Center feed health, disapprovals, GTIN/MPN completeness, shipping/return settings, Google/YouTube channel status, GA4 linkage, conversion tracking checks, and Shopping/Performance Max administration.
Marketplace Administration: Manage approved marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop, Zalora, or regional equivalents), including listings, variations, inventory, pricing, promotions, account health, and channel compliance.
Campaign Operations: Naming conventions, audience staging, budget validation, creative uploads, destination URLs, product sets, launch dates, exclusions, and pre‑activation QA.
Weekly Commerce Reporting: Deliver structured performance reports covering revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, spend, ROAS, CAC (where applicable), feed errors, inventory risks, and top/weak products.
Change Log & Releases: Maintain a rigorous audit log and pre‑release checklist for all price, theme, code, feed, tracking, app, and marketplace changes.
Controlled AI Deployment: Use AI for rapid code execution, data cleanup, QA scripting, copy variations, and documentation. Note: Product facts, prices, campaign budgets, and customer data still require absolute human control and validation.
Audit HOPE ROZA’s Shopify setup, Shopify Markets, catalog structure, apps, tracking, Meta/Google integrations, and marketplaces.
Integrate your AI toolkit (Claude Code/Codex) into the HOPE ROZA workflow to map theme structure, Liquid code, and data flows.
Produce a prioritized issue register with business impact, owner, and deadline.
Document the product‑data source of truth and create QA checklists for launches, feeds, and campaigns.
Resolve critical catalog, feed, tracking, redirect, and theme/code errors.
Establish weekly reporting with agreed definitions for revenue, spend, conversion, ROAS, CAC, returns, and inventory risk.
Run at least one major product or campaign launch using the new QA checklist, change log, and AI‑accelerated staging workflows.
Document recurring operational and technical procedures.
Run routine store and channel administration with zero avoidable launch defects.
Reduce catalog and feed error rates significantly against the first‑month baseline.
Deliver at least three evidence‑backed improvements across conversion, merchandising, tracking, or automated administrative workflows.
Present a 90‑day review covering system risks, channel opportunities, and future operating priorities.
Zero Unapproved Edits: No unapproved changes to product facts, live prices, active promotions, inventory rules, ad budgets, or tracking scripts.
Rapid Incident Response: Acknowledge and resolve critical product‑feed or checkout bugs within agreed incident response times.
Quality Assurance: Mandatory completion of QA checklists (links, UTMs, assets, dates, destination pages) prior to any campaign or product launch.
Data Integrity: Weekly reporting delivered on time, with numbers fully reconciled against source platforms.
Hands‑on AI Coding Tools: Active, daily experience using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or equivalent LLM engines to build, modify, and troubleshoot web code, APIs, and Shopify environments.
Shopify Depth: 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Shopify products, variants, collections, metafields, discounts, apps, orders, returns, and Shopify Markets.
Ad & Analytics Specs: Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Commerce Manager, Pixel/CAPI, Google Merchant Center, GA4, and Google Ads feed requirements.
Marketplace Experience: Hands‑on experience with at least one major marketplace (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Lazada, etc.).
Data & Technical Literacy: High proficiency with spreadsheets (data reconciliation) and sufficient HTML/CSS/Liquid understanding to make controlled edits using AI assistants.
US/International e‑commerce administration (sales tax configuration, duties, multi‑currency selling).
Feed‑management software (e.g., Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch), CRM/email platforms, or inventory management systems.
Fashion/lifestyle brand experience: sizing matrices, rich imagery standards, and complex variation structures.
