GENUINE in Cologne is seeking a Shop Manager to own the operational performance of key TikTok Shops. You will ensure pricing is live, campaigns are registered, ads are running, stock is available, and shops are set up to grow.

You will lead a Shop Management team, drive pricing and promotional strategies, and translate growth plans into actionable priorities inside TikTok Seller Center. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this fast-paced role.

You’ll own the operational performance of some of our most important TikTok Shops - making sure prices are live, campaigns are registered, ads are running, stock is available, and every shop is set up to grow.

Your mission: turn commercial strategy into flawless execution. You’ll work closely with our Growth and Creator teams, manage everything happening inside Seller Center, and use performance and profitability data to identify the next growth opportunities.

• Team Leadership & Development:
  You lead and develop our Shop Management team, set clear expectations and performance standards, and support your team through regular feedback, coaching, and hands-on sparring.
• Shop Performance Ownership:
  You oversee the operational and commercial performance of our core TikTok Shops and ensure your team consistently delivers across pricing, promotions, campaigns, listings, stock, ads, and overall shop health.
• Commercial Execution:
  You translate commercial and growth strategies into clear priorities for your team and ensure they are executed accurately and at speed inside TikTok Seller Center.
• Performance & Profitability:
  You establish the KPIs that matter, analyze performance across products, campaigns, brands, and accounts, and help your team understand not only what drives GMV, but what generates sustainable and profitable growth.
• Pricing & Promotional Strategy:
  You oversee the execution of pricing and promotional strategies and identify the right mechanics across platform coupons, flash deals, bundles, product discounts, campaign entries, and other Tik

Your profile

• Several years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, performance marketing, commercial operations, or account management - ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• You bring initial leadership experience and enjoy developing people, setting clear expectations, giving feedback, and building a high-performing team.
• You’re highly analytical and confident working with KPIs, profitability, pricing, and performance data - but more importantly, you know how to turn insights into clear priorities and actions for your team.
• Strong commercial understanding: You understand how pricing, discounts, advertising, stock, promotions, and platform mechanics interact and how they impact both GMV and profitability.
• Strong operational mindset: You know how to create structures, processes, and standards that ensure campaign registrations, pricing changes, promotions, stock levels, and shop health metrics are managed reliably across multiple brands.
• You’re comfortable taking ownership beyond individual accounts and can prioritize resources and opportunities across a growing portfolio of TikTok Shops.
• You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality - you’re comfortable setting direction, but you’re also willing to jump into Seller Center or performance data when your team needs support.
• You’re a strong communicator and enjoy working cross-functionally with Growth Managers, Creator Managers, leadership teams, and external partners.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Seller Center, marketplaces, social commerce, or other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
• Good English skills for internal communication; additional European languages are a plus.
