Your Responsibilities

1. Manage the planning and timely execution of technical operations related to maintenance (PMS and extraordinary), daily activities, improvements, and technical modifications for assigned ships.
2. Oversee safety and environmental protection culture, working closely with onboard and shore teams (e.g., cruise governance) and the DPA.
3. Collaborate with HR for ongoing evaluation and training development of shipboard personnel.
4. Prepare for and support audits and inspections, follow up on findings, and document results in liaison with Cruise Governance / Audit Management. Follow up on actions and document in existing or new platforms like HESS-MS.
5. Conduct onboard technical inspections and manage follow-up and reporting of the monthly vessel status.
6. Devise, agree upon, and monitor the budget (Opex, Capex) for the assigned ships.

Your Profile

1. Degree in Mechanical or Ship Technical Engineering.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
3. Maritime practice knowledge is desirable.
4. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
5. Experience working onboard ships.
6. Understanding of basic accounting and ability to manage budgets.
7. Good organizational and communication skills.
8. Junior leadership experience.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Excellent English language skills (as this is our company language).
