Who are we looking for?

To support our production at our location in Jena, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours / week), permanent Shiftleader Technology (m / f / d) to start as soon as possible.

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Monitoring ongoing production in close cooperation with the production manager
• Optimizing quality, productivity and process reliability
• Allocation of production activities
• Planning shift staffing, vacation planning and overtime recording in accordance with operational requirements
• Compliance with all safety-related regulations
• Recording and rectifying faults and defects in the production facilities and premises
• Employee management and development
• Monitoring quality management
• Compliance with the auditable standard in accordance with our current ISO standards and customer specifications
• Documentation of all departmental complaints (external and internal)
• Daily inventory of materials and consumables

Who are You?

• Completed training as a microtechnologist or comparable training or corresponding professional experience
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned activities in an industrial company

What competencies will you need?

• Experience in handling chemicals and the associated occupational safety regulations
• Advanced knowledge of chemistry
• Very good understanding of processes
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Reliability and diligence
