Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotelbranche ist erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung als Front Office Agent und gute Kenntnisse in Opera PMS.

Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während der Schicht.
  • Beratung der Gäste zu Hotelangeboten und der Umgebung.
  • Umgang mit Beschwerden und ungewöhnlichen Situationen.

Your tasks:
  • Smooth running of your shift
  • Briefing and support of team colleagues
  • Individual support and personal farewell to our guests
  • Cash register management
  • Advising guests on the hotel's offers and the surrounding area
  • Handling complaints and unusual situations
  • Ensuring a proper shift handover
Your profile:
  • Completed training in the hotel industry
  • Good knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English - Spanish desirable
  • Communication skills and empathy
  • In-depth experience as a front office agent
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong guest orientation
  • Excellent manners and very good host qualities
