Responsibilities:

Your tasks

• Organizing pre-series/production processes
• Technical leadership of subordinate employees
• Employee evaluation and assessment
• Initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects
• Addressing quality deviations and implementing appropriate measures
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics (KPIs)
• Verifying data accuracy (BDE, SAP entries)
• Implementing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Ensuring standardized work processes
• Meeting quality and customer requirements
• Maintaining order and cleanliness within the area of responsibility
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of standard work sheets

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 3 years of vocational training as a metalworker, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, or similar; ideally with further training as a master craftsman or technician
• Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the automotive sector
• High technical understanding and excellent problem-solving skills
• Self-responsible, structured, and analytical working style
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Strong service orientation and excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Confident demeanor and good negotiation skills in German and English
