HESYS Technical Systems GmbH & Co. KG sucht einen erfahrenen Shelf Life & Stock Health Manager in Deutschland.

Sie steuern shelf life- und blockierte Lagerbestände, analysieren Risikostationen und koordinieren Maßnahmen mit internen wie externen Partnern, um reibungslose Materialflüsse sicherzustellen. Sie verfügen über einen relevanten Abschluss, mehrjährige Erfahrung in Supply Chain/Logistik, technische Dokumentation und Wartung, sowie sichere SAP-Kenntnisse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- oder gleichwertiger Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft / Supply Chain / Logistik
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain / Logistik, technischer Dokumentation sowie Wartung und Reparatur
• Gute SAP-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Office-Software (Google Workspace)
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse der Lieferkettenstruktur und Logistikflüsse des Unternehmens
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Responsibilities

• Leitung und Koordination von Arbeiten im Bereich Shelf Life, Blockierte Lagerbestände und Lagerbestandskontrollen
• Analysieren monatlich auslaufender Materialien, Maßnahmen ableiten und Umsetzung koordinieren
• Verfolgung von Inspektionen, Revalidierungen und Freigabeprozessen
• Transfers zu Blockbeständen bearbeiten und Entsorgungsprozesse steuern
• Kennzahlen der Lagerverwaltung analysieren und berichten
• Ursachenforschung für Blockbestände, Engpässe identifizieren und Prioritäten setzen
• Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Blockbeständen überwachen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Lieferanten und externen Kontakten
• Kontrollroutinen pflegen und Prozesse in Inventory Control und Materialfluss optimieren
• Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren und Umsetzung nachhaltig installieren

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As a Shelf Life & Stock Health Manager, you will manage activities concerning shelf life and blocked stock in civil and military operations. You will analyse stock risks, coordinate the handling of affected materials and further develop inventory control processes.

• Manage and coordinate operational activities and projects in shelf life management and blocked stock
• Analyse materials approaching expiry each month, define measures, and plan, manage and track their implementation with internal and external service providers
• Track and coordinate inspections, revalidations and release processes
• Process transfers to blocked stock and manage scrapping processes
• Monitor, analyse and report inventory management key performance indicators
• Analyse reasons for blocked stock and bottlenecks, ensure efficient handling of blocked inventory, and prioritise and track high-value non-conformities
• Manage and monitor action plans to reduce blocked stock and inventory risks
• Work closely with internal departments, suppliers and other external contacts
• Maintain and develop operational monitoring and control routines and ensure compliance with inventory management, quality and supply chain processes
• Support the optimisation of material and warehouse stocks, identify opportunities for improvement and implement lasting process improvements in inventory control and material flow management

Your profile

• Completed degree in business administration or Supply Chain / Logistics, in each case at least at bachelor’s level
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following fields: Supply Chain / Logistics, technical documentation, and maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP and confident use of office software, particularly Google Workspace/Suite, including Sheets and Docs
• Business-fluent German and English; French language skills are an advantage
• Knowledge of the company’s supply chain structure and logistics flows
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, proven organisational ability, a structured and independent approach to work, curiosity and team spirit
