Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH in Hahn, Germany, is seeking skilled Sheet Metal Workers to perform structural repairs and metal assembly on Boeing 737-800 aircraft. You will work within the MOE framework to ensure high-quality, compliant maintenance and complete required documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Good knowledge of the materials used in aviation.

• EU driver’s license.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); German would be an advantage.
• Preferably holds a German security clearance in accordance with German Aviation Security regulations.

Aufgaben

• Perform structural repairs and part replacements on Boeing 737-800 aircraft in compliance with approved maintenance manuals and regulatory standards.
• Carry out metal assembly tasks including cutting, filing, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting, and bucking.
• Operate standard tools and equipment such as bending machines, drills, and grinders.
• Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and the MOE.
• Identify and implement effective repair solutions using the SRM.
• Complete both routine and non-routine aircraft structural tasks with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Ensure accurate completion and certification of aircraft documentation in line with MOE and company procedures.

The Role and Responsibilities of a Sheet Metal Worker

• Perform structural repairs and part replacements on Boeing 737-800 aircraft in compliance with approved maintenance manuals and regulatory standards
