Detailed Job Description :

• Proficient knowledge of Sharepoint On-Prem 2013, Share Point Online, PowerShell scripting, Power Platform and Azure cognitive services
• Can extract information / produce reporting from SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online (as necessary) to support the project
• Support end user knowledge development and development of resolution wiki articles
• Log and manage queries received to support team via mailbox, Teams chat and tickets
• Test and Establish Service Now Process for SharePoint Online updates
• Maintain support related information across sources as updates are received
• Ensure compliance and data protection with Uniper Business policies
• Work to planned and agreed timelines to ensure delivery of small enhancements (if any)
• Attend regular project meetings and workshops
• Self-sufficient, able to work well in project teams and liaise with different stakeholders
• Has good attitude towards work and team members.
