Videojet Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Düsseldorf to support customers in the Soest, Hamm, and Paderborn regions. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet systems while optimizing production processes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, excellent German skills, and a passion for solving customer problems. This is a full-time position with a strong commitment to travel.

The Role

As our Field Service Engineer / Service Technician (m/f/d) covering the Soest / Hamm / Paderborn region, you will work on the front line, directly supporting our Videojet customers.

You will be part of a team of field service engineers and will travel from your home base to manufacturing sites within your region. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of the full range of Videojet systems integrated into our customers’ production environments.

As a trusted partner, you will also support customers in optimizing and modernizing their production processes.

Key Requirements

• Technical qualification in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Field-based working style: you will travel during the day but will typically return home in the evening

• Passion for troubleshooting and solving customer problems
• Full willingness to travel (100% field-based role)
