Job Description

As a key part of the back-office operations, the ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Schedulers and Traders to confirm trade details, product movement timing, and resolve trade discrepancies.
• Process and check invoices for payment and receipt, including provisional and final settlements.
• Validate pricing, banking instructions, and manage settlements with third-party systems.
• Monitor daily cash receipts, follow up on cash fails, and manage OTC settlement analysis, invoice preparation, and credit notes.
• Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Settlements experience working in financial services/commodities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.
