Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (contract law, business formation, corporate finance, commercial activities, business partnerships and joint ventures etc.).
Apply internal governance policies and regularly monitor and report compliance; proactively advise on possible legal issues.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.).
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to key internal clients/stakeholders.
Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation.
Develop practical business solutions to advance business objectives, minimize risks and ensure legal compliance.
Draft, negotiate and manage contracts and provide quick, concise legal advice in connection with such arrangements.
Coordinate with external legal counsel.
Your Qualifications
JD degree required, with 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in a business to business environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently; adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, within a cross-functional team.
Economic thinking and strong understanding of commercial parameters along a company’s value chain.
