SailPoint Solutions Architect - IIQ

Role summary :

The ProofID Solutions Architect is responsible for being the technical lead reporting to and working closely with the Chief Services Officer during pre-sales processes, RFP creation, client demos and if the project is won, then installation, integration and deployment or enhancements / maintenance of SailPoint IIQ software projects for clients and partners. This is a client facing role where you will be the primary technical resource on the front line responsible for turning this SailPoint client Identity requirement into reality.

Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with the CSO in pre-sales activities such as initial meetings with prospects, demoing IIQ products, and proposal creation.
2. Install, integrate, and deploy the IIQ products in the client environment.
3. Collaborate with clients post-implementation on user testing, debugging, support, and environment maintenance.
4. Communicate to clients and partners about both the product and the implementation at technical and functional levels appropriate for the situation.
5. Partner with the Project Manager on scope, schedule, status, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with many of the technologies below :

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company or systems integrator, including 3+ years in enterprise software implementation as a developer and architect.
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration, especially with IIQ products.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with clients.
• Experience with some of the following :

XML, SPML / SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.

Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.

Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).

Directories (LDAP, AD).

Familiarity with IAM systems, identity management provisioning, RBAC, and provisioning is a plus.

Preferred :

• Experience with project planning, resource management, scope, schedule, and documentation in collaboration with Project Management.
• Experience with QA duties such as usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans.
• Security software or internal IT audit experience.
