The Role :

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and developers to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure best practices, governance, and performance standards are met.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
