Overview

ServiceNow Solution Architect (Remote – Germany)

Location: Remote (Germany-based). Employment Type: Full-time.

This role requires an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow implementations. You will lead solution design, define architectural standards, and ensure scalable, future-proof ServiceNow solutions that meet both technical and business needs. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Germany and fluent in both English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow architectures.
• Define and enforce platform governance, best practices, and development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and consultants to align technical design with business goals.
• Guide development teams on solution implementation and integrations.
• Act as the primary technical authority during workshops, demos, and client meetings.
• Stay current on ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends, advising on platform roadmap and strategy.
• Mentor and support consultants, developers, and junior architects.

Requirements

• Several years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or senior technical consultant.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.), and integrations.
• Strong background in solution design, platform governance, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, CIS in multiple domains) are highly desirable.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Must be based in Germany with the ability to work remotely.
