ServiceNow Solution Architect Role

I am working closely with a remote-first ServiceNow Partner who operate in the Legal, Risk and Compliance sector to help digitally transform their departments.

They are a team of consultants, legal engineers, and project managers who are passionate about transforming the legal world.

As a Solution Architect you will be leading and mentoring team members in ServiceNow projects, ensuring successful delivery.

You will, build executive relationships, validate technical proposals, translate business needs into technology requirements, support sales and delivery, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You must have :

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and custom app development.
• Proven experience as a technical team lead or solution architect.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules for Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration via REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven consulting experience with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work with SCRUM methodology.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience in assessing tools and processes and transitioning to service-based organizations.
• Experience with global delivery models.
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator and additional micro or implementation specialist certifications.

Preferred certificates that any candidate will have : Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, Certified Application Developer, Certified Systems Administrator.
