Job Description

ServiceNow Senior Solutions Architect – Germany – Remote - Up to €120,000

I am working closely with a Leading Global ServiceNow partner who are on the lookout for a ServiceNow Senior Solutions Architect to join their scaling team which globally sits at over 300 people.

They are going through a large period of growth, and winning several projects so need to scale this team and you can be at the heart of it!

They are looking for someone who has:

• At least three years of experience as a solution architect with ServiceNow projects
• Extensive experience with the automation of processes in the areas of incident management, change management, customer, service management, IT operations management and others.
• Experience in customer interaction, ability to be customer facing.
• Willingness to lead a project team
• ITIL 4 certification
• ServiceNow certifications
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and IRM.
