To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager with fluent German language skills.

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple ServiceNow projects within Germany and abroad.
2. Oversee the timely completion of small to medium-sized projects.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing administrative aspects.
4. Maintain communication with customers and team members regarding project status.
5. Perform resource planning, follow up on open items, and track issues and risks.

Qualifications and Project Management Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant ServiceNow project management experience, including leadership across all project phases.
• Knowledge of software tools for project management.
• Any project management certification is a plus.

Other Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Autonomous multitasking and flexibility.
• Clear and concise communication skills in both oral and written formats, with diverse audiences.

Language:

Fluent German and English skills, both verbal and written.
