ServiceNow Project Manager (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Our company is dedicated to delivering ITSM best practices, methods and tools. As a global strategic partner of ServiceNow for Continental Europe, we implement state of the art ITIL solutions for medium and large organizations.

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager with fluent German language skills.

Location: Germany

Job responsibilities:

1. Ability to manage multiple ServiceNow projects within Germany and abroad.
2. Oversees the timely execution and completion of small to medium size projects.
3. Ensure projects are on time and within budget while managing administrative aspects.
4. Responsible for status exchange with customers and team members.
5. Perform resource planning, follow-up on open items, and track issues and risks.

Qualification and Project Management skills:

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant ServiceNow project management experience (project leadership, all phase lifecycles).
2. Knowledge of software tools for project management.
3. Any project management certification is a plus.

Other skills:

1. Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail (accuracy).
2. Autonomous, multi-tasking, and flexible.
3. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts.
4. Language: Fluent in German and English - verbal and in writing.
5. Decision maker, enthusiastic, with a 'can do' attitude, and a team player.
