Job Description:

To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager with fluent German language skills.

Location: Germany

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple ServiceNow projects within Germany and abroad.
2. Oversee the timely execution and completion of small to medium-sized projects.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing administrative aspects.
4. Responsible for status updates with customers and team members.
5. Perform resource planning, follow-up on open items, and track issues and risks.

Qualifications and Project Management Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant ServiceNow project management experience, including project leadership and all lifecycle phases.
• Knowledge of software tools for project management.
• Any project management certification is a plus.

Other Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Autonomous, multi-tasking, and flexible.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, both orally and in writing.
• Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
