Are you passionate about ServiceNow platforms and innovative solutions? Do you have strong experience in business development as well? Then join our team and help shape the digital transformation for our customers by delivering top-notch consulting services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow consulting and implementation services to drive business growth.
  2. Identify, approach, and build relationships with key decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital at targeted enterprise accounts.
  3. Develop and manage a robust and qualified sales pipeline while ensuring accurate and timely revenue forecasting.
  4. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to co-create tailored ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Lead end-to-end sales processes including RFP responses, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  6. Represent the organization at ServiceNow partner events, industry conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
  7. Serve as a strategic liaison with the ServiceNow partner ecosystem to strengthen partnerships and stay aligned with platform innovations and opportunities.

Qualifications:

To be prepared for your journey as a Business Developer in the ServiceNow area, you should bring the following qualifications:

  • Studies in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field, with a focus on enterprise platforms, digital transformation, or B2B sales strategies, and 5 - 10 years of professional experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT platforms - preferably with ServiceNow.
  • Passion for building impactful client relationships and driving digital innovation through tailored enterprise solutions, with a strong interest in the value ServiceNow brings to large organizations.
  • Expertise in navigating the ServiceNow ecosystem, including licensing models, product capabilities, and strategic value across industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, or related enterprise sectors. Proven track record in closing complex deals and sustaining long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:

  • Start: by arrangement - always at the beginning of a month.
  • Working hours: full-time (40h) and part-time; 30 vacation days.
  • Employment contract: indefinite.
  • Line of Work: Consulting.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English & German.
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel.
