Our client, an Elite ServiceNow Partner, is hiring an experienced ITOM ServiceNow Consultant to support a major project in Germany. The role involves implementing and optimising IT Operations Management processes and integrating ServiceNow solutions within a complex enterprise environment.


Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Design and deliver scalable ITOM solutions aligned with client requirements and best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with existing enterprise tools and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designsand ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on ITOM best practices and driving continuous improvement.
