Responsibilities include leading configuration and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD modules, partnering with HR and IT teams to streamline service delivery, and championing best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

You must have :

• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and digital workflows.
• Experience in leading customer and internal workshops.
• ServiceNow certifications (HRSD, Admin, Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
