Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional looking for your next permanent opportunity with a forward-thinking digital transformation consultancy?

We are partnered with a highly respected ServiceNow Premier Partner working with major enterprise clients across the DACH region. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a ServiceNow Consultant, Architect, or Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a remote-based position open to candidates based in Germany. Fluent German is not required, although it would be a welcome bonus.

Role Responsibilities

Depending on your level, your responsibilities will include :

• Leading or contributing to ServiceNow implementation and optimisation projects
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on platform best practices
• Designing and delivering solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or WSD
• Supporting pre-sales, solution scoping, and architecture where relevant
• Collaborating with internal technical and project teams to ensure quality delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience working with ServiceNow in a technical or functional capacity
• Strong knowledge of ITSM or ITOM (essential)
• Experience with HRSD and / or Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) is highly desirable
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and project delivery
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are a plus
• Ability to work independently within a remote setup
• Fluent English; German is a bonus, but not required
