Responsibilities

1. Consulting and supporting our clients in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow, focusing on GRC, IRM, and SecOps.
2. Developing and implementing best practices for processes and workflows, as well as designing governance processes.
3. Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients.
4. Managing and coordinating sub-projects.
5. Participating in team development, including onboarding and mentoring colleagues.
6. Contributing to presales activities and proposal creation.

Minimum Requirements

• At least two years of practical experience in implementing ServiceNow projects focusing on GRC, IRM, or SecOps.
• CSA certification required, along with certification in at least one of the mentioned modules (CIS).
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Fluent German skills (minimum B2) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and moderation skills; experience in conducting workshops is a plus.
• Experience in leading (sub-)projects is desirable.
