We are seeking a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Consultant / Business Analyst to join our team in Germany. This is a crucial role where you'll drive the digitalisation of extensive customer processes and play a key part in shaping our strategic service platform. Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Consultant / Business Analyst, you will :

• Evaluate and analyse complex customer processes for outsourcing.
• Collaborate with business process consultants to influence models and ensure successful digitalisation.
• Design bespoke applications for customer projects, tailoring them to individual requirements.
• Lead the functional development of our strategic service platform.
• Further develop standard ServiceNow solutions, including Customer Service Management (CSM), Source-to-Pay, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Formulate precise user stories for our development team to ensure seamless implementation.
• Guarantee quality and functionality through structured testing procedures.
• Develop appropriate data models in collaboration with our business analytics department.
• Oversee application go-live, ensuring a smooth transition into operation.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in the ServiceNow environment, including at least two years in a ServiceNow consultant or analyst role.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, key modules, and functional solution building blocks.
• Proficiency in creating and defining interfaces.
• Proven experience in quality assurance through methodical testing procedures.
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow development platform App Engine Enterprise and standard applications like IT Service Management (ITSM), Source-to-Pay, and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of processes, and a quick grasp of new concepts.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Experience as a developer is an advantage, but not a requirement.
