Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time ServiceNow Administrator/Developer opportunity available based in Kaiserslautern, Germany (Patch Barracks).

Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and be eligible for DoD Top Secret clearance, NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification allows employees to be tax exempt for both Germany and US, in addition to other great perks. Employees may be eligible for relocation reimbursement, housing allowance, COLA and school reimbursement for dependents.

Role Responsibilities
  • Become part of a solution-oriented team designing and implementing ServiceNow based products in a dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to the overall success of an Enterprise ServiceNow implementation by providing technical consultation, receiving requirements, developing and deploying solutions across a wide variety of directorate level organizations using ServiceNow’s Implementation Methodology (SIM).
  • Guide stakeholder understanding and expectations of the IT Services lifecycle while encouraging Now platform use through outreach and training.
  • The Government requires ServiceNow Software Developers to support the increased requirements across the command as well as the decision to automate several additional IT management processes and databases.
  • Design, develop, code, test, and debug new software products, and/or make significant enhancements to existing ServiceNow modules.
  • Possess experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or SAM; contribute to design and maintenance tasks as outlined below.
  • Design service catalog items in accordance with customer requirements; publish and maintain service catalog items; create and maintain service portal pages and content; manage customer experiences via portals, pages, and items.
  • Manage user experiences within the Now platform via homepages, dashboards, and workflows; create and maintain application and technical services; manage core foundation data, tables & columns, and configuration item (CI) classes; create and maintain CI relationship data.
  • Accurately create, test, and manage update sets in a high paced environment; use best business practices to configure tables, forms, and workflows.
  • Consult on the creation and modification of business processes based on knowledge of the Now platform.
Required Qualifications
  • Three years of experience with at least two ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or SAM.
  • Experience with JavaScript and Angular scripting.
  • Certifications in ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Fundamentals, CMDB Fundamentals, ITSM.
  • Proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Vancouver.
  • ITIL Release, Control, and Validation.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • HTML/CSS experience.
  • SOAP and REST API experience.
Travel Requirements
  • Active Passport.
  • In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.
Physical Environment and Working Conditions

Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. Office setting:

  • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
  • Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
  • May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
