wir sind auf der Suche nach einem ServiceNow Admin / Entwickler (m / w / d):

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on ServiceNow Platform Specialist. This hybrid role combines platform administration and custom application development. You will ensure platform stability, maintain and improve key ITSM processes, and build tailored solutions on the Now Platform, especially within Scoped Applications.

Key Skill Areas :

1. Platform Administration
   • Manage users, groups, roles, and access controls
   • Customize forms, views, lists, and UI policies
   • Configure and maintain Service Catalog Items and Request Fulfillment processes
   • Handle update sets, instance cloning, and release deployments
   • Monitor system performance and perform platform maintenance
   • Support upgrades and feature enablement across environments
2. Workflow Management & Flow Designer
   • Design, manage, and optimize end-to-end workflows
   • Support the migration of legacy workflows to Flow Designer
   • Create and maintain Flows, Subflows, Flow Actions, and Integration Hub Spokes
   • Work with IntegrationHub to automate business processes
3. Scripting & Configuration
   • Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript across both client and server side
   • Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, and custom logic
   • Utilize Glide APIs such as GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and GlideSystem
4. System Integrations & Data Management
   • Design and maintain integrations via REST and SOAP APIs
   • Configure secure connections using OAuth2, Basic Auth, or API keys
   • Set up Import Sets, Data Sources, and Transform Maps
   • Automate data handling and integration workflows
5. Scoped Applications & App Engine Studio
   • Build and maintain custom Scoped Applications
   • Design data models, tables, and ACL structures
   • Develop low-code / pro-code solutions with App Engine Studio
6. Testing & Quality Assurance
   • Use the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for functional and regression testing
   • Perform code reviews and support release validation
7. Documentation & Collaboration
   • Maintain technical documentation for scripts, configurations, and integrations
   • Collaborate with process owners, QA, security, and admin teams
   • Ensure platform governance and adherence to best practices
